Proof of Financial Means: Evidence of sufficient funds to cover your stay in Russia. This can include recent bank statements (usually for the last three to six months), pay slips, tax returns, or proof of other financial resources.
Travel Insurance: Proof of travel insurance covering your entire stay in Russia, including medical emergencies and repatriation. The insurance should cover at least €30,000 (or the equivalent in another currency).

Proof of Employment or Enrollment:
For Employees: An employment letter from your employer detailing your position, salary, and the purpose of your visit.
For Students: A letter from your educational institution confirming your enrollment and leave of absence.
Visa Fee: Payment of the visa processing fee. The amount varies based on your nationality and the type of visa you are applying for.

For Business Visas: Additional documentation such as a certificate of registration of the inviting company in Russia and an invitation from a partner organization in Russia.
