Documents Required for a Portugal Visa
To apply for a visa to Portugal, you generally need to provide the following documents:
Passport: A valid passport with at least three months’ validity beyond your intended stay in Portugal and at least two blank pages.
Visa Application Form: A completed visa application form. This form can usually be downloaded from the Portuguese embassy or consulate’s website or obtained directly from their office. Ensure it is filled out completely and correctly.
Passport-sized Photographs: Recent passport-sized photographs (2×2 inches), taken within the last six months, meeting the specifications set by the embassy.

Proof of Employment or Enrollment:
For Employees: An employment letter from your employer detailing your position, salary, and the purpose of your visit.
For Students: A letter from your educational institution confirming your enrollment and leave of absence.
Visa Fee: Payment of the visa processing fee. The fee varies based on your nationality and the type of visa you are applying for.
Additional Documents:
For Business Visas: An invitation letter from a Portuguese company or organization, detailing the nature and purpose of your business visit.
For Tourist Visas: A detailed tour itinerary, including places you plan to visit and your intended activities within Portugal.
