Documents Required for a Poland Visa
To apply for a visa to Poland, you generally need to provide the following documents:
Passport: A valid passport with at least three months’ validity beyond your intended stay in Poland and at least two blank pages.
Visa Application Form: A completed visa application form. This form can usually be downloaded from the Polish embassy or consulate’s website or obtained directly from their office. Ensure that you fill it out correctly and completely.
